Terms & conditions:

  • The above prices are inclusive of fuel and Exclusive Tax.
  • Minimum billing for local Usage will be 4hrs 40Kms followed by 8hrs 80kms thereafter extra hour rate and extra km rate will apply.
  • For Intercity trips, the extra kilometer rate for each car categories will apply, with minimum billing of 300km per day and 500 kms for Bus category.
  • Local chauffer allowance charges will be charged before 06:00 AM after 10:00 PM – For charges Refer Annexure-1 as per local chauffer allowance.
    • Outstation chauffer allowance charges will be charged as follows
      • 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM – Normal charges as per Annexure Rs.300/-
      • After 10:00PM to Before 06:00 AM – Additional charges will be Rs.300/- charged extra
        • As per your instructions Hosur & back will be considered local usage and permit charges will be fixed Toyota Etios & Equalent Rs.300/- and Toyota Innova & equalent Rs.750/- Fix Charges.
    • Chauffer allowance charges will vary from vehicle to vehicle Variant / Model
    • State and local entry permits/Toll Fee, Parking extra as applicable on actual.
    • Taxes applicable as per Government levies.
    • Kilometer & hours will start from Garage to Garage.
    • Leading Newspaper and water bottle will be provided to the guest as complimentary.
    • All the above prices are valid for the period mentioned above which are worked on the basis of prevailing fuel prices for Rs. 65.96. The rates will be revised based on fuel impact calculation. Formula for Fuel Price Impact charges would be “[km run x (base fuel price as per contract – current fuel price)] / Mileage of the vehicle.” The Mileage of the vehicle as given below shall be considered for applying the above formula

    • Reservation: Turnaround time for local reservation will be 4 hours and for network reservation will be 24 hours .Reservation will be routed through the local offices and reservations will be accepted only on receipt of email .Confirmation of reservations will be subject to availability of cars/ Category.
    • For Any clarification either revision on invoice or trip sheet should be intimated within 7 working days from bill submission. Else it will be considered as confirmed invoice.
    • Payment Terms: Bills will be raised on fortnight basis, and to be paid by the succeeding Fortnight to our bank details. Payments are accepted only through RTGS/NEFT transactions.
